Paul was an officer in the military service of the House of Austria. He was Commandant
of the fortress “Kommandant der Festung” in Lab, Komitat Preßburg
(now Bratislava), Hungary (now Slovakia).
It's not certain which of the brothers (Balthasar and Paul) in Lab or in Neuhäusel
Kommandant was.
