born about 1910. He died in 1993.
Captain Harry Freeman Jackson fought in the 2nd Worldwar in the British Army
in Belgium and France and was captured by the Germans in Dunkirk. He was a prisoner
of war in Germany and was liberated at the end of the war. Harry was a very good
horseman and after the war he and Dorothy moved to Ireland where they started
a renowned studfarm in Mallow, Co. Cork.
